You should start looking for your new apartment home 30-45 days ahead of your move date. Any longer than that and we simply do not know what will be available for the time you would need the apartment. However, we can still get you updated with prices, specials, etc.

Upon moving in, you will be expected to pay that month's portion of the rent. For example, if you move in on the first of the month, you will pay for the entire month's rent. Depending on what time of the month you move in the prorated amount may or may not be added to the following months rent.

Prices on apartments vary from low to high. It just depends on area, newnest of the apartment and other obvious factors. With this all said and done in general, you can expect to pay:
