Most of the San Antonio Apartment communities do use the TAA application. We are members and will gladly get one to you! There generally is a small charge (by the apartment community) for processing the application. We can let you know more details as to which apartment community has what charge. Be prepared to have your drivers license number,employers contact numbers, previous rental history information, social security numbers of yourself &/or spouse, medical physician number, nearest relative & a few other important information available. You can expect from 24 hours to one week on processing the application. The time varies on how long it takes to contact the above phone numbers, how busy the apartment community is and several other obvious factors. | |
